COVID absences are cited

From the NRE website:
"Buses will replace all trains on the Abbey Line (between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey) until Sunday 20 February. From Monday 21 February, the majority of weekday services will be operated by a train (with the exception of 2 evening services in each direction). "

Covid may not be increasing, but booker leave/unavailability for overtime and RDW does.
