There are (limited) services between Rickmansworth and Croxley on the Metropolitan line, and between Wandsworth Road and Battersea Park on the Overground.

Are there any other such sections of track not shown on the Tube map but receiving some kind of service?

Posted that three times :s Could the moderator please delete the other two duplicate threads, thanks.

There is at least one early morning District line service that continues around the Outer Circle to Edgware Road, and at least one return working in the evening. (Don't recall where it starts/finishes in the east, though…)

Circle Line services starting from Barking, running via Tower Hill to Edgware Rd.
Circle Line services from Earl's Court to Aldgate.

Circle / Hammersmith and City services to Wembley Park?
These do not operate in passenger service.

District Line drivers are not trained between Gloucester Rd-High St Ken.

There used to be a fringe of service Piccadilly line train to West Kensington, but it probably disappeared years ago.

These do not operate in passenger service.

And when they did, they operated over the Jubilee Line - if I recall correctly.

Although the track is shown, the tube map doesn't distinguish peak period 'fast' services between Moor Park - Harrow on the Hill - Finchley Road.
