Service with opening windows over the Forth Bridge

Thanks to Virgin's latest seat sale I am visiting Edinburgh and plan to both cross and see the Forth Bridge. I would like to get some video of the crossing if possible so what will be the best value quick trip on stock that features opening windows?

The guard will most likely be having a word if you hang out the train. Following a tragic decapitation incident a couple of years ago there are specific notices in the depots advising guards to be vigilant and not allow this- specifically on the fife circle loco haul.
