Which union has suspended the strikes or is this unilateral?

The RMT have confirmed they have suspended their strikes on those days: https://www.rmt.org.uk/news/rmt-reaction-to-the-death-of-queen-elizabeth-ii/

RMT Press Office:

RMT general secretary Mick Lynch said:

"RMT joins the whole nation in paying its respects to Queen Elizabeth.

"The planned railway strike action on 15 and 17 September is suspended.

"We express our deepest condolences to her family, friends and the country."

The right thing to do in the circumstances, I think. I do hope ASLEF follow suit (I’m sure they will).

The tram driver's strike was cancelled earlier today, but I can't see anything about the heavy rail strikes.
Ah, that'd be it.
I saw a post about not striking with today's date and made the wrong conclusion

I can confirm I've literally just received a text message from ASLEF advising the strike is postponed.

TSSA have cancelled theirs:
Upon the news that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth has died, TSSA union expresses deepest condolences to her family, friends, the country and those affected by her passing.

TSSA is cancelling planned industrial action for September and will be respecting the period of public mourning.
And ASLEF:
In light of the sad news of Queen Elizabeth II’s death, ASLEF is postponing its industrial action on 15th September
