hi,in process of applying for senior conductor job at cross country.
looking for any hints and tips regarding application process.and anything about the job in general.

What have you found so far?

Senior Conductors work solely on the Class 170 routes and can work all or part of the 170 network (Cardiff-Nottingham, Brum-Stansted).

You'll be responsible for opening and closing doors, passenger safety, revenue checks, passenger assistance, assisting the driver if needed, evacuating the train if needed, as well as other duties.

You'll need to be good at customer service, safety focused, teamwork, working by yourself, punctual etc.

Hi
Does anyone know the difference between a Senior conductor and a Train manager at Cross Country?
The roles look pretty similar.
Also, what shift pattern and routes would you do as a Train manager based at New street?
