Voyager (ex VTXC) are on full salary after their training period circa 3/4 months.

Same as LM. Those at Coventry and further North are on 21 and a bit for 12 months, where as those of us further south (Northampton, Bletchley and Watford) only get that salary till we pass out.

I thought 'we' voted the 12 months training salary across the board when they evened up the salary over three years 2010-13 ?
