Semaphore signalling in the Worcester area, any plans to replace it?

As they are getting rarer on the network especially in the Midlands where i live, i always enjoy a trip down to Worcester and the sight of the semaphore signals especially around Shrub Hill.

But are there any plans to modernise the signalling in this area?

Life extension work took place in 2018, which suggests there are no imminent plans to do anything with the Worcester area. I suspect that trying to apply todays standards for conventional colour-light TCB signalling will cause all sorts of issues with Overlaps and Signal Sighting, so I wouldn't be particularly surprised if the Worcester area (and similarly with the Shrewsbury area) gets put on hold until ETCS is installed in the area, so quite a while yet..
