Seating Plan - FCC Class 321

Has anyone got a seating plan for the above fleet. I understand that they are not numbered but I am currently working with a regular commuter who is trying to report seats with problems to FCC.

I'd record the carriage number and, as the doors are numbered (A1 etc) perhaps use those to point out roughly where the seats are - and on what side.

If there are obvious faults, it should be quite easy for them to find the seats when the train goes back to the depot.
