Seat reservations on VT

Hi all,

On my All Line Rover I would like to make one seat reservation, that is on a Virgin Train on 13th March from Euston to Crewe, I bought my ALR today from a South West Trains ticket office and called Virgin telesales to get a reservation in any of seat A45-48 for the 0810 from Euston.

I unfortunately was told that I am booked in A41, so one row too far back for me.

Can I get it amended to check if the seats are available on the 0815 Liverpool or 0845 Glasgow service? Or should I go to my local Southern station later and see if they can find me a preferred seat on a later service?

I'd go to a station with a known-helpful clerk.

You know that one's a Voyager, right? So 41 is a seat with the window ahead of it, unlike a Pendolino?

Edit: actually it might not be, depends on the size of the luggage rack. Sorry. But there is no seat 45-48, anyway.

The 0810 from Euston on a Sunday goes to Manchester, is it a Voyager? Anyway booked in seat A46 on the 0845 now thanks to Carl from the VT Facebook team.
