SE train conductor assement centre & interview

Hi,
I have an assesment centre with SE this week,
It says their will be ticket checking test, role play, verbal, concentration and a structured interview.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the interview was like? Is this a lot like the MMI for the train driver positions? I’ve passed that with another TOC, would love to not have to repeat that interview (gave me a headache)
