Makes a change for Southeastern to have an offer that isn't for Londoners only.

That could be the day I visit those stations in Kent I would never ever get to otherwise. :smile:

On a day I'm leading a tour at Acton, such a shame I'd have definitely done some Javelin rides with that and some Kent lines I haven't done. If it was the 29th I could've possibly done it.

I notice on the terms and conditions as to where tickets can be bought it says this :-

  • Tickets can only be bought online or at ticket offices run by Southeastern or at the following non-Southeastern stations: London Victoria, Denmark Hill, Peckham Rye, Nunhead, St Pancras International and Abbey Wood.
Abbey Wood is a Non-Southeastern station now?
Who runs it now then?

TfL / MTR Crossrail.

I will probably take advantage of this offer, other than a day out, I've covered all lines in South Eastern land except Minster West Jct to Minster South Jct. and nothing around there on weekends. It'd bump up my mileage though. I might also stop off at Deal for lunch.

It is annoying how there are no services between Sandwich and Minster weekends. It would be nice o have direct services to Canterbury really. Definitely come to Deal for lunch, I live here and it has lots of nice places to eat

This ticket had to go on offer the weekend after I have left Kent and moved back to university. Will it be on sale again I wonder?

Cheers, I went to Ramsgate on opening week, SouthEastern were doing £10 day returns to various places at the time :) Other than that I've only been to Margate so I'll maybe get to Deal/Dover/Folkestone/Canterbury or possibly Herne Bay etc...

I got my ticket out of the machine at Watford Jct. Start station is St Pancras. On the orange top part of the ticket it has a London Transport roundel. According to Hadders I could get away with using it on TFL buses.

Now the big question................ I wonder if gate lines will like the ticket. I bet they don't . :?::?::?:

It'll be interesting to read how forum members use their ticket.

St Pancras Int didn't like my ticket. Other stations I used didn't have gate lines (Deal & Ramsgate)
