SE seem to be advertising this role at Slade Green almost every few months over the last couple of years. What's the score, does no-one want the job or is it so bad they leave/move on quickly?

SE seem to be advertising this role at Slade Green almost every few months over the last couple of years. What's the score, does no-one want the job or is it so bad they leave/move on quickly?

Why would it be that nobody wants the job? Is it readvertised? Sometimes there’s just no suitable applicants. It’s a Team Leader role therefore there would no doubt be specific leadership characteristics that they’re looking for, too.

With all the allowances the salary is about £39k a year, I’d imagine they’re going to be quite picky.
