They'll probably not bother with the exterior, given there's not long to go on the franchise.

I thought I heard they got a franchise extension recently? I could be wrong.

I thought I heard they got a franchise extension recently? I could be wrong.

They have but only until 2014. Doesn't seem worth bothering to engage in any work outside franchise commitments when there's only 3 years left on the franchise.
