I don't think it was Registered as it only had two stops Glasgow and Troon.
Having previously said that the existing timetables were continuing until mid December on the timetables page, winter timetables are starting on 21 October 2024, which as far as the Aberdeen routes are concerned get rid of the weekend uplifted services from Thursday to Sunday.

Cancel the last part I cannot seem to download the timetables I was looking at earlier. They must have originally uploaded an out of date timetable. It does not help that the actual timetables are updated.

They still have service 13 until at least December as far as I was aware, and they're running buses on it today. I hope 'with immediate effect' doesn't mean sudden service cuts.

Whoops, looks like that will effect their 13 route in Edinburgh as well.
It looks like some sort of admin error with operator licenses. The main license was revoked without PI but there has been another application made for a new license which hasn't been granted yet.
Don't know the reasons behind it but coaches are out running and I'm told Citylink is being covered again.
The 13 will continue until the end date im told but they didn't submit a bid to keep it as they no longer want service work.

Kevin's/HH Coaches are still doing the M92 morning arrivals into Aberdeen today.
Scottish Citylink have advised us of their intention to changes to their service 902 from 16 December 2024. This change will see the service terminate at Edinburgh airport, rather than running into the city centre. The number of journeys and service frequency will remain unchanged.

Said at the time it wouldn’t last. It’s a little busier but rarely I’ve seen more than 10 on it. Only a matter of time now before Broxburn is cut out in my opinion.

Whenever I've been on it there have usually been a fair few people getting on at the airport going to Broxburn and quite a few people getting on at Broxburn and Uphall going to Livingston.

There's staff at the Airport that use the 902 to go to/from work. Would be a cut life line for those.

Services still have to pay for themselves though. Running a service to the Airport can be expensive due to the unnecessarily high charges imposed by the Airport.

I think if Lothian ever got around to making the No72 every 30mins to Broxburn that's when Citylink will cut it back, to operate via M8 to speed up the service.

call me cynical but i do think it will end up being a Glasgow to Livingston service only, now i do only travel between Glasgow and Livingston on the service but it seems to me that buses coming from Glasgow, most passengers do alight at Livingston with maybe 1 or 2 staying on for the Broxburn/Airport etc
It has a similar pattern as well on the return, i have seen very few when the bus has arrived from Edinburgh maybe again 5 or 6 at most and then the vast majority of people joining from Livingston.
If there is a small fear i have of the service is that most of the later services (after 7pm) may get cut as certainly with my own experience of getting the 8:20pm bus from Livingston on a Saturday there can be up to 10-15 in total through the whole journey. certainly going by a couple of weeks ago on the 26th i was the only person from Livingston until Coatbridge where we picked up more passengers.

Where do I get updates regarding planned diversions? Lothian are reporting that the A8 at Murrayfield MAY be closed on Saturday afternoon because of the rugby and that it WILL be closed on Saturday evening. I want to know what time the 900 and 909 will start diverting and where the alternative pick up stops are but I can't find this on their website or from an internet search.

That ticket machine looks rather good. I especially like the fact that barcodes and QR codes are likely to become a thing across the CityLink network and hopefully the reading of concession passes will also be improved, the current machines have never in my personal opinion as a former Scottish card holder been great
