Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find details of the Scottish Citylink fleet. In particular the new coaches that operate the 915/916/917 routes.
I've seen a few, the coaches they operate with West Coast Motor's are red and cream and have personalised number plates.

J50 WCM ---- is one I've seen
YT13 YUA ----- is one of the plain white liveried Scottish Citylink I've seen.

How many new coaches are there and how big is the Scottish Citylink fleet in total?

Thanks

Bodie

The Scottish Citylink fleet technically consists of 1 vehicle. (I have Stagecoach 54128, YX63NFT in my head for some reason).

All other vehicles belong to contractors - main ones are Stagecoach, Parks of Hamilton, West Coast Motors and Shiel Buses.

And over the years alot of buses and coaches have popped up. Rennies and Stuarts of Carluke have used white coaches, but the strangest bus I ever saw pop up on a citylink route was a Strathtay East Lancs rebodied Leyland Tiger around 2006 ish

^^ Some West Coast Motors and Shiel Buses vehicles carry a hybrid livery, signifying their partnership with Citylink:

Think I'm getting the hang of this.

Found fleet lists, however not up to date, especially Shiel Buses.

Think I might email the companies and ask if they could give the regs of their new coaches.
