I have 200 of these diagrams written on ColorNote (acquired through RTT), and was thinking of posting when I had confirmed they were correct (strikes preventing that). Beaten to it I guess!
Also the doc linked looks way more detailed! Was this an FOI request?

Now that ScotRail are owned and overseen by Scottish Rail Holdings Ltd (SRH Ltd), a company wholly owned by the Scottish Government, the company is now one of a minority of TOCs which are subject to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. To pre-empt some of the most likely requests from enthusiasts and others the company has published a host of facts about itself online so that many enquiries can simply be signposted to this database (known as the publication scheme) at https://www.scotrail.co.uk/about-sc...ts/scotrail-trains-limited-publication-scheme

Yes looks like someone has simply done an extract from the diagramming software in one hit. Certainly not in a particularly user friendly format but presumably the data is all there.
