Well done mate, the next can be either structured and reaction test or the managers interview. After i passed the first part the next stage was the managers interview which unfortunately i failed. Gonna be better prepared for next time if i get through the Edinburgh short listing.

Were told its a interview a fort william next then reactions test then medical I thought there was 2 interviews?

The interview at fort william will be the managers one where they ask about why you want to be a driver and see how much research you have done on company. when you sit the reactions testing you will do structured interview the same day. Thats what i was told after sitting the first part of assessment. Hope that helps

Do u know how many they would of cut it down by now there was 10 on first assessment maybe down to 6 now? Good luck to u by the way hope u get thru.

It would all depend how many failed the first stage, if everyone passed the first stage then all would progress to next stage.

Well I heard tonight its the internal assessments and interviews next before outsiders. So us outside first group have no chance. Probably
