Scotrail Train dispatcher / Customer service interview.

Hi guys, long time lurker first time poster.
I have an upcoming interview for the above role and was hoping if one of you guys could give me as much info as you can on it. I would go to the station and ask an employee but due to other people on holiday I agreed to pick up extra shifts in work (before I got conformation email) and i'm working right up until the night before the interview so no time to get there.
Also what kind of questions that are bound to be asked. I will be based in Glasgow.

Bumping this one as i've got an upcoming interview too but having to self isolate whilst i'm on holiday and due back at work on Monday when self isolation is finished, so probably not going to make it to Glasgow to get a hold of someone.

Managed to speak to an employee at a local station after work and the only thing she could tell me about a train dispatcher was that it was a safety critical role, could anyone point me in the right direction for that one.
