hey guys
has anyone here applied for ticket examiner posts with FSR within the last 2 months? I know the bathgate jobs are steadily being filled but they also advertised for positions based at dalmuir.
I applied myself but got an email saying they were still shortlisting for dalmuir at that point that was a couple of weeks ago.
Any info or advice would be appreciated
many thanks!

I'm not 100% sure, but the training school seems to be choc a bloc just now with TE's, so perhaps they're just biding time the now. You applied 2 months ago you say?

Yes, i think you're right, though i wouldn't worry too much about the wait, you're looking at a 10 day course for the role anyway, including induction and and fire training, unless they've shortened it recently. It is a little frustrating hanging about though!
