I see that Transport Scotland have decided not to publish the latest minutes of the meeting, yet the ruling from the ORR has been published
Presumably this is to prevent people realising that FSR will be entitled to the compensation (£1m for the current timetable of 14 weekends) from the claim on Part G against Network Rail
Equally, the ORR were due to have responses from both parties by 26 May
This may also explain why reservations on the sleeper have been suspended from next week (Sundays southbound) onwards
Northbound would not be an issue, as the sleeper would simply leave "on time" and could then lose time between Euston and Carlisle (possibly standing at Crewe and Preston for longer)
Presumably Network Rail don't want to pay this money out and would rather employ the single track possession as permitted in the Rules of the Route, rather than the double track possession they have employed effectively without notification to FSR
