anyone know what Scotrail paternity rate is ?... is it just 2 weeks statutory rate?

You can get up to 3 weeks taken in one go before the baby is 8 weeks old.

1 week at average earnings and a further 2 weeks at statutory.

Do you have to take 3 weeks or can you just take one on average earnings?

Aye you can just take the one if you want.

I took all three along with some lieu days and a week of annual leave so I had almost six weeks off in total.

My baby was four days late so if I'd only taken the week I would have basically been straight back to work. That's something to consider I would say.
