ScotRail/Other Company Assessment Days

There an advert for a trainee driver on the scotrail site. It says there will be 2 assessment days and then an interview.

What are the assessment days like? Why is there two?

I understand there is tests to assess concentration, but is there also role play/group activities?

I know for conductor assessments there is role play exercises and also many aptitude tests.

When I attended the assessment day (not ScotRail) there wasnt role play/group activity the reason given that the driving grade is a relatively solitary job and not 'customer facing' so there was no need to do them. Id be very suprised if you do a role playing or group acitivity in addition to the mechanical comprehension, concentration, reactions, memory tests.
