I'm due to travel from Carlisle to Newark, via Newcastle this morning.
The 9.43 from Carlisle to Newcastle has been cancelled due to a tree blocking the line between Kilmarnock and Carlisle. So I'm going to get to Newark over an hour late.
It's a Scotrail train and the National Rail website says it's a Scotrail service, but it's operated by Northern between Carlisle and Newcastle. So do I claim delay repay from Scotrail or Northern?
