ScotRail - On Train Hospitality Assistant

Hi

Might seem like a daft question but I'm applying for the ScotRail post of On Train Hospitality Assistant and, although I have experience handling cash - my arithmetic isn't great so do the hospitality trollies have a till which adds up and advises which change to give?

Afraid not. When I was a trolley dolley many years ago, a calculator was my trustee sidekick.

You don't need maths to work out change ! You count not really proper maths

As a guard all tickets are easy to work out as whole pound or five

I worked under First Group. I can't help you as I have no experience of Abellio.

What was FirstGroup like to work for? Judging by their lack of information for jobs on their website, I'm thinking they're not the most efficient company?
