Scotrail giving incorrect information about ticket refund rights

Even notwithstanding the recent changes, passengers still have a right to a refund of their ticket under National Rail Conditions of Travel 30.1 if you decide not to travel because the train you intendedto use is:
• cancelled, or
• delayed, or
• rescheduled after you have purchased a Ticket or Tickets.

However, the Scotrail site makes no mention of this in its page on refund rights. It is set out as though the only options are cancellation of ticket before 2359 on the previous day, or Delay Repay in the event of disruption https://www.scotrail.co.uk/plan-your-journey/refunds

I have not checked other TOCs' refund webpages. Are they similarly misleading in this regard?
