Scotrail gateline assessments

I have a Scotrail assessment coming up soon and was wondering if anyone on here could give me some advice? I have been sent the SCAAT practice booklet but i believe it will be the 4 dot test on the day? Will be on a pc or paper & pencil? Any other tips would be great guys :)
