They've posted on Twitter to expect cancellations tomorrow due to staffing issues so it's gonna be a bad one already. Add a few signal faults and breakdowns and.....

Let's be honest, Scotland's railway just can't be relied on.


Decided to work at home today and drive to appointments. Not risking going to Edinburgh. Not so easy for others especially Two folk at Dunblane second week in a new job and worried about employers impression. It's all very well issuing bland apology day in day out month in month out .Its not just inconvenience to passengers. It can and does affect employment security and prospects. I often wonder if Scotrail managers and TS officials have sleepless nights about that? I know government workers who travel from Dunblane. They complain but there jobs are not at risk. Not so private sector
