Scotrail approved two delay repay claims I raised in January last week and emailed me a link to a form to input my bank details for the refund to be processed. I'm happy the link is legitimate but every time I click on it, all that happens is my browser redirects to the scotrail.co.uk homepage. There's no obvious link to the form on the website that I can see and I'm still waiting for a response to my email last week advising Scotrail of my woes.

Does anyone know how to access this form? I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies etc but still no luck. The system used to be so much smoother as you could choose PayPal or BACS when submitting the form. That's progress for you I suppose!

Thank you all!

I'm not sure what they are up to. Their delay repay forms request bank details so they shouldn't be asking. My last was paid fine - early Jan. My latest saw an email requesting bank details. I decided to supply them and they responded with two emails to the secure form, which worked first time. I've asked them to explain why they have requested the details insecurely and multiple times but I suspect they are ignoring me. The delay repay isn't showing either after a week.

I agree it used to be much better. Suggest you keep following it up with them.

Thanks for replying, I will do and report back when (or if!) I get a response.
