Scotrail Conductor Telephone Interview

I have a telephone interview with Scotrail for a conductor job in Aberdeen. Has anyone got any tips or can tell me their experience of the questions asked?

My interview is Wednesday, wish me luck.

I thought it went well. I made sure I had more than one example of the various areas of customer services. I was asked for one than one example. I keep looking at my emails, even though they said I would hear within a week.

I had my telephone interview on Tuesday and got my email this morning. Unsuccessful, didn't score high enough. Roll on six months. It was for Perth.

No, i'm from Bolton, but I would've loved to live in Scotland. A beautiful country and brilliant winter weather. I love snow!!! Good luck with the Perth job in six months.
