Scotrail class 318's & 320's.

Hi guys

Apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere but would anyone have up to date info regarding the routes operated by the Scotrail class 318's & 320's.

Its been quite a while since i headed "up north" to bash these units and am looking to sort out a jaunt in the new year so any current info would be very much appreciated...

There's a fair chunk of routes they operate, pretty much the majority in the Glasgow area.

Glasgow Central high level to Neilston, Newton, Larkhall, Wemyss Bay, Gourock, Paisley Canal, Carstairs. Plus both Central low level and Queen Street Low Level from Balloch, Milngavie, Helensburgh, Dumbarton.

Daily by the looks of things. The 1250 Glasgow Central to Wemyss Bay and return was a 320 every day last week, as part of a diagram that also goes to Gourock.

Some Glasgow C/Lanark services are 318/320, although most seem to be 385. The Neilstons off-peak are solid 380, 318/320 during the peaks, with some 6-cars.

I see , I thought they had been taken off the Inverclyde services again.

Units needs to appear often enough in the Driver's working diagram cycle.

Prioritise Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central low level routes

Glasgow Central high level to Neilston, Newton, Larkhall, Wemyss Bay, Gourock, Paisley Canal, Carstairs.

Paisley Canal Neilston and Newton are the only ones of those where they show up a decent amount the rest are one or two diagrams

Glasgow Central Low level is almost all 318 and 320. There is a 334 diagram that runs.
