Scotland Trip vs rail strikes

Hi Guys
Planning a trip to Scotland from 19th - 25th Feb. Is there a high likelihood of rail strikes that week? I seem to recall that Scotrail has resolved their end of the dispute, is this correct?

They have to give two weeks notice, so the earliest they can now strike is 22nd (23rd?) Feb. I am also hoping for no strikes that week.

No idea if the dispute is over but there appears to be no strikes planned for that period
