Scot rail train cleaning

Can someone tell me now that Abellio are taking over scot-rail the same company that own Northern rail will have in house train cleaning or agency staff?

Scotrail train cleaning staff are directly employed at present. Not Agency.

I thought most scotrail train cleaners were in house already so any change was unlikely
