Anyone listen to Jeremy Vine's show on Monday 23rd September, where they were talking about removing school buses and how council's try bending the rules as far as they think they can get away with, including children crossing motorway slip roads (no traffic light support), walking country lanes in Cornwall with no footways and the like.
