Wilson’s Auctions have the current contract for Managed Remarketing of Vehicles and Plant with TfL. They have a national footprint but the reason for location of the auction could be logistics for the auctioneer (who might be selling off other kit at the same time, a quick look shows a monthly Plant auction taking place ahead of this) and/or location of parties who have an interest in bidding for the vehicles.

What does the abbreviation stand for/is it? I googled it and got 3 for sale in Italy, Chile and Canada!
