Schedule contradictions

There's a train leaving Penzance at 10:00 this morning (Monday). When does it arrive at London Paddington? NR and thetrainline say 15:21 while Transport Direct and firstgreatwestern.co.uk say 15:43. Which is right and what might account for the discrepancy?

15:43 is the correct arrival time tomorrow. Normally it is 15:21 but because of the flooding a couple of weeks ago trains between Exeter and Tiverton have journey times extended by around 20 minutes while the signalling is repaired. These changes haven't been correctly implemented in all places for some reason.

The signalling was restored this morning enabling a normal service to run. However because amended schedules are in the system, FGW trains are still retimed, and some trains have sat for 15 minutes at Tiverton Parkway awaiting their amended times.
