SCAAT and RAAT

Hi People,
Any tips on....
How many characters in 1 row on scaat test and how many rows? How big is the sheet? Have been given the "opc assessment leaflet" has 31 characters in a row and 10 rows, the are fairly well spread out. Is this similar to the real thing?

Raat test,
How big is the passage of text? Very worried on this one as I can read but am very very slow at it. Sometimes having to read it over twice. Is there approx 3 questions per passage of text?

Please help if you know of any practice material.

If I was to hazard a guess, I would say 20 rows of 25 symbols. I would not even think about completing all the rows. Try and get hold of the download if possible as I consider it to be more authentic than the practice material as far as the concentration test is concerned.
