SCAAT and RAAT

East Midlands Trains have sent me the SCAAT and RAAT practice papers today. Can someone tell me if these are the papers if you fail real test you cannot retake again?
Any comments would be grateful for clarification.

Pretty sure it's two attempts you get.

Would be pretty harsh to not give anyone a second attempt.

SCAAT test seems a bit of a rarity these days, take it this is for the conductor post? I would expect to be able to have a second attempt.

The customer service roles for the talent pool are for conductors, station support staff and on board train staff. When we attend assessment day next Saturday, we will find out what roles are available and hopefully the roles we will be matched to. I am happy to do any customer facing role available whether it be on the train station or train itself.
