Saturdays and Kings Cross

Hi - I am planning a family trip to London in February and have been playing about with dates to get an idea of price and times.

Whenever I choose a journey from Edinburgh to Kings Cross on a Saturday in September or October then there are no direct routes showing. Is there something happening to prevent this and will it be fixed for February?

I looked up on national rail and some Saturdays in Sept and Oct have engineering works between Newcastle/Berwick-upon-Tweed and Edinburgh

I do not think this would affect February though.
