Safety critical medical

Hi, I have a Safety critical medical next week for a Shunters position and wondered if these are the same as a drivers medical, the resin I have asked is because 2 months ago I would have passed the drivers weight limit but I have put on a bit of weight since I have been injured so kept me away from training and have just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive holiday
