While '826 lead the train very slowly through Clapham (to let a GBRf bloke on) a guy was flailing and got into a bit of a disagreement with a photographer on the platform who told him to keep his arm inside the train because it was 'ruining' his shot :lol: In your caption you say 47825 was on the rear. It was actually the above loco 47245 :) Here's '826 leading the train into Clapham bound for Brighton:

I was still asleep at the time I wrote that caption, was daft O'Clock in the morning when it went through...

Why would the photographer go to Clapham Junction if he wanted a good shot in the first place?!

For anyone interested, WCRC found that an earth strap had fractured and made contact with the third rail.
