Ruston & Hornsby 0-4-0 'Yard No. 766' in Heap Bridge

Today I was walking along the trackbed of the former branch to Heap Bridge near Bury, but on the way back to my car I was a amazed to see a Ruston & Hornsby 0-4-0 diesel shunter sat on a low loader in the yard of a local business . It has a plate that says Yard No. 766 and white lettering that seems to say Lot 2. Does anyone know where it's from or who owns it as I can't find anything on Google and Google Street View suggests that it has been there for three years!
