Vladimir Putin knows the rules of the game as well as anyone, if he wants to commit suicide, there are simpler ways to do it. My point was that nuclear weapons and WMD in general are not a good thing. Putin almost definitely wouldn't press the button in any circumstance, whether NATO joined in...
