How many people are in that cab? Reckon there must be at least four voices?
Given one of the other videos, taken in 1990- blast from the past.

It's common in the cab though. I've never found it to be a problem, and of course everybody in the cab knows how to behave. The first sight of P Way or restrictive aspects and the atmosphere changes.

That looks like one of the video 125 productions (cant remember which).. I think it was filmed during ATP tests as later in the film, there was a ATP failure and the brakes go on full whack and you can hear one of the People in the cab going into the Engine comp to isolate the ATP.

The driver was able to reapply power before the train came to a stop.

I was trying to write on the way down, and was getting kicked all over the place. That doesnt sound like a Mk3. more like a pacer!

You'd be surprised twice now I've been on HST Mk3s and the ride has been truly terrible (once from Edinburgh to Darlington and once from Darlington to Kings Cross). A lot of lateral and vertical motion throwing people around and causing the 1st class host to pour tea down my leg!
