Rugeley Power Station Open Day - 1980's

I have found an old photo of a visit I made to Rugeley Power Station open day. I'm stood on the steps of loco 20163 in Railfreight Grey livery. A class 56 and a 47 in the same liveries are behind.

From Google I can see that 58039 was named 'Rugeley Power Station' on Saturday 13/9/86.

Can anyone tell me if this was at the same event? Or perhaps there were other open days there?
