Rugby ROC handover

Article (link below) stating that Rugby ROC has now been handed over to Network Rail. Does anybody know if an official opening ceremony involving local dignitaries etc is planned similar to those at Three Bridges , Manchester and York? Or is Rugby still "the one they dont talk about" ? !

It was handed over end of September. I would doubt there is to be any big ceremony but at the moment it's empty except for the security guard!.
