A headcode is far more useful if you know it (e.g. from asking about the same train previously)

You're welcome In my opinion, yes it does help.
Doing a 'TRJC' enquiry on TRUST when you have a headcode is a lot quicker than doing a location/time 'TSID' enquiry.
