RSM FOR CROSS COUNTRY ASSESSMENT

Hi I have been invited for an assessment on May 8th for cross country trains as an rsm and would like any feedback as to what is expected of me obviously I will do my research into the company I already work as a on board host with southwest trains between Bournemouth and London Waterloo. Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Yeh south western railway my interview is with cross country though which is why I’m asking thanks.

I would personally advise a change of attitude and a check of grammar if you would like to progress past the interview stage. The managers for that depot are extremely hot on things like that, and will not hesitate in ending an application because of it.
