What services did the regional railways 31/37 and stock work in the early/mid 90's? Was it mainly out of manchester victoria?

Used to be a trip to Southport with a Regional Railways 37, as well as the North Wales Coast trains.

I also seem to remember them going to locations like Barrow, as well as some services to Rochdale in the era. I'm sure the Regional Railway Blackpool Club Trains in the early 1990s ran from Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Piccadilly as well as Manchester Victoria

Many a happy Saturday was spent bashing 31s on Blackpool North-Liverpool Lime St, Manchester Victoria-Barrow. Two memorable trains I did were a mid-morning Saturday service from Man Vic to Blackpool North via Wigan NW with 2x31/4, the other being a Blackpool North-Liverpool Lime St with a 31/4, then a 31/4 backed on & formed a Liverpool Lime St-Bangor service via Earlestown & Warrington BQ.

The 37s were most common on Birmingham NS-Holyhead services although they appeared on Blackpools too. The 31s were found on Liverpool-Blackpool, Manchester-Blackpool/Barrow services. One of the Blackpool-Manchester Victoria services was extended to Rochdale via Oldham for the purpose of turning the stock around. The coaches as I remember were a mix of ex NSE mk1 and mk2 with red stripe painted blue.
