Are there any TOCs where RPIs are normally given access to the back cab?

FGW allow RPIs and TEs to use the back cab to store their bags and ride between revenue patrols.

Strange really as they don't permit Customer Hosts to ride in the rear.

Yes there are. And others - as long as we let the driver know we are in there.

Yeah FGW we're allowed in rear cabs and guards compartments according to my cab pass!
