Guess.
Hi. A bit of a complicated one here I hope one of you experts can help with. The details are as follows:

Royston to Bath Spa

Out 15th October (departing around 8 am)
Return 16th October (departing as late as possible)

2 Adults
1x 16-25 Railcard
1x Network Railcard

The best I have come up with so far is Advance Singles for a total cost of £60.60 with just the 1x 16-25 discount.

Can anyone come up with a split that does better (presumably one that makes use of the network railcard)? I thought a split at Didcot would allow use of the Network Railcard as that seems to be at the railcard area boundary, but doing that just seems to remove the option of Advances.

Thanks

If you want walk-on tickets, Didcot is best (see Hatfield to Bath ticket query), though the benefits are far less if you are not returning the same day.

However for Advance tickets, you're probably best off with a through Advance single. It won't be cheaper to split a journey like this.
